Job Description
- As a QA professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in both manual and functional automation testing, you should have a strong technical background in the following areas: - Knowledge of web services or API testing - Proficiency in writing SQL queries - Experience in testing IVR systems in the telecommunications domain, particularly with CTI and Agent functionalities in the contact center space - Previous experience with IVR testing, including familiarity with IVR applications such as speech and DTMF systems - Familiarity with Cyara tool and ability to create test cases in Cyara - Ability to analyze specifications, BRDs, and requirements to generate system test plans and test cases - Proficiency in setting up test data, executing test cases, producing test execution reports, and providing necessary test data for bug fixes to the development team - Experience in end-to-end functionality testing in the telecom domain - Familiarity with Octane tool - Knowledge of testing Gen AI prompts and LLM models, which will be beneficial for executing roles and responsibilities - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive understanding of the role and the organization.,
