Job Description

Responsible for entire recruitment cycle right from searching/ sourcing and screening resume to short-listing candidates, coordinating & scheduling interviews.
Understanding the client requirements, strategize the search process on the job sites, scanning the CVs, arranging interviews, soliciting timely feedback & maintaining candidate information.
Identification of best sourcing methodologies according to the position- job portals, candidate references database, networking etc.
Preliminary interview with the candidate and interest check.
Maintaining CV database and daily tracker reports.
