Job Description:As a Customer Support Associate (Chat Process), you will handle international customer queries via chat, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound chat queries related to products, services, orders, refunds, and technical issues.
- Provide prompt, professional, and grammatically correct responses.
- Maintain 35+ WPM typing speed with accuracy.
- Use pre-approved scripts or customize responses as per customer needs.
- Troubleshoot issues or escalate complex cases to seniors/departments.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance, and quality standards.
- Meet/exceed KPIs: Response Time, Resolution Rate, CSAT.
- Work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Typing Speed: 30 WPM+ with 80%+ accuracy.
- Excellent written English (grammar, spelling, tone).
- Strong problem-solving and customer-first attitude.
- Familiarity with chat tools (e.g., Zendesk, LiveChat) is a plus.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
