ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:
1.
Strategic Communication Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensiveinternal and external communication plans aligned with organizationalobjectives.
Propagate the companys vision,mission, and strategic goals across global matrix teams through variouschannels.
Design a robust communicationframework integrating multi-channel digital communications to ensure effectivedissemination of information.
2.
Organizational Branding:
Spearhead efforts to enhanceorganizational branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Implement strategies to cultivatea positive organizational culture, fostering a sense of pride and belongingamong employees.
Incorporate corporate compliancestandards into communication practices to maintain brand integrity.
3.
Stakeholder Engagement &Leadership Support:
Provide communications support tosenior leadership by facilitating internal communication and stakeholderengagement.
Elevate leadership communicationby crafting compelling messages, presentations and facilitating leadershipinteractions with employees.
4.
Change Management:
Drive change managementcommunication initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and alignment withorganizational processes.
5.
External Communication &Public Relations:
Manage external communicationchannels, including public relations, online reputation management, andemployer branding efforts.
Coordinate industry interactions,panel discussions, and philanthropic endeavours to bolster the companysexternal presence.
6.
Marketing Content and Campaign Management:
Support initiatives for MarketingWebsites and Campaigns for lead generation, customer engagement.
SEO optimized content.
Evaluate outcomes and create reports forleadership review.
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:
Proven track record of establishing and leading communicationfunctions within IT organizations, preferably in a global context.
Expertise in developing andexecuting communication plans, organizational branding, and employee engagementinitiatives.
Strong understanding of digitalcommunication tools and platforms, along with proficiency in change managementprinciples.
