Policy Bazaar is IndIndia'sias largest online insurance marketplace, helping millions of customers compare and buy the best insurance plans. We are now expanding our field sales team in Bangalore and looking for energetic candidates who are passionate about sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and conduct door-to-door visits.
  
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients for policy renewals and upselling.
  
• Conduct field marketing activities such as product demos, seminars, and workshops.
  
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service.
  

Requirements:

• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  
• Good communication skills in Kannada & English.
  
• Passion for sales, customer handling, and achieving targets.
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary + Unlimited Incentives (earn as much as you work).
