Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for sales teams, focusing on process training, product knowledge, and soft skills development.
Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content for classroom-based sessions.
Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in Sales Training or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
Strong understanding of Sales training, OJT (On-the-job Training), Process Training, TNA (Training Needs Analysis) principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
