Job Description

Role & responsibilities

ASM will be responsible to recruit & manage 20 agency leaders & 300 insurance Advisors under them - from Life Insurance Industry, guide & support them.
Agency Partners role is Entrepreneurship in nature with a variable pay & shall recruit Insurance Advisors, Activate them & generate premium revenue by training & guiding insurance Advisors.

Preferred candidate profile Experience: 5+ years in the Life Insurance Industry, preferably in a similar role.
