Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering, Computers, Statistics, MBA, or a related field
2 to 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) role
Minimum 1 year in a Team Lead or supervisory capacity
Proven ability to manage QA operations and lead cross-functional teams
Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities
Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to multitask under pressure
Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
Experience managing relationships across multiple departments
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly investigate escalated issues and collaborate with the Team Lead to deliver coaching opportunities
Support QA strategy and team management efforts across operational departments
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Training, HR, and other support teams to meet performance metrics
Track and report operational statistics, QA insights, and financial/efficiency data
Deliver presentations and updates to stakeholders, including risks, issues, and action plans
Assist or lead training initiatives for new quality specialists, as needed
Drive continuous improvement and help maintain high team performance and service quality
