 Quality Analyst - Team Lead, International Voice Process

Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering, Computers, Statistics, MBA, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) role
  • Minimum 1 year in a Team Lead or supervisory capacity
  • Proven ability to manage QA operations and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities
  • Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience managing relationships across multiple departments

Responsibilities:


  • Thoroughly investigate escalated issues and collaborate with the Team Lead to deliver coaching opportunities
  • Support QA strategy and team management efforts across operational departments
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Training, HR, and other support teams to meet performance metrics
  • Track and report operational statistics, QA insights, and financial/efficiency data
  • Deliver presentations and updates to stakeholders, including risks, issues, and action plans
  • Assist or lead training initiatives for new quality specialists, as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement and help maintain high team performance and service quality
