Liferay Support Engineer_Pune & Bangalore @ Adecco Group

Job Description

Job Role & responsibilities:-

• Execute the maintenance operations needed to ensure platform stability
• Support and coordinate deployments in PRE and PROD environments
• Support the OpCo on the local stress tests
• Management skills covering estimations, technical and functional designs, remote teams collaboration & coordination, sizing of the platform/projects

Technical Skills Required:-

• 4-10 yrs of experience in Liferay administration and maintenance
• Experience on Liferay DXP (7.2, 7.3, 7.4) administration and maintenance.
• Solid Knowledge of Shell-Scripts, OpenShift, Docker and AWS/Azure Cloud services.
• Operation and administration experience using Web based technologies with solid skills in J2EE including
• Apache Tomcat, Apache Web Server, Web Services, Load Test & Tuning of JAVA applications, Jenkins under Linux environments.
• Knowledge and experience with of Artifactory, Sonar, Git, PostgreSQL databases, Terraform..
• Experience on managing and/or implementing automating solutions, mainly those based on CI/CD Pipelines.
• Knowledge of networking and security principles (routing, load-balancing, security fencing, firewalling, and WAF).
• Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, Kibana, Appdynamics..)
• Autonomous capabilities for problem resolutions & team working
