Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

Handle flight bookings via Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, and airline portals
Manage PNR creation, modification, cancellation, and reissuance
Coordinate with airlines for group bookings, fare negotiations, and schedule changes
Assist clients with visa documentation, travel insurance, and itinerary planning
Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and refunds
Generate MIS reports and daily booking logs
Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism
Upsell travel products: seat upgrades, insurance, hotel combos

Required Skills :-

Proficiency in GDS systems and airline portals
Strong communication in English, Hindi, Hinglish
Knowledge of fare rules, taxes, and refund policies
Experience in corporate travel coordination is a plus
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM tools
