Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1.To Achieve pre budgeted monthly Sales of Minimum, 75 Demat A/C25 Margin of 25k accounts,2px of upfront revenue for the first year& 3x for subsequent year

To have minimum daily 3 client meetings 1 branch visit and assigned branches

To ensure Minimum 12 first Trade for the month.

2.To ensure rollout of all the promotional and contest programs effectively

3.Co-ordinate and conduct the monthly 4 training of Partners/bank employees

4.Supporting the channel partner on joint calls as per requirement

5.To reach out to allotted branches/POS as per the route plan

6.Responsible for Activating and upscaling the POS/Br.

7.Follow and submit the daily weekly and monthly MIS

8.To have absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency
