    Position: Sales Manager Real Estate
    Location: Noida (Sector 63 & Sector 126)
    Organization: Money Tree Realty Services Limited
    Job Type: Full-time


    Role Overview

    We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with substantial experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing a sales team, boosting property sales, nurturing client relationships, and consistently meeting revenue goals.


    Primary Responsibilities

    • Guide, supervise, and inspire a team of Sales Executives to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

    • Drive business through client interactions, channel partner engagement, property site visits, and corporate alliances.

    • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients as well as builders/developers.

    • Design and implement strategies for lead generation, customer engagement, and successful deal closures.

    • Conduct negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure efficient handling of transactions.

    • Track daily sales activities, prepare performance reports, and share MIS updates with the leadership team.

    • Keep abreast of market developments, competitor strategies, and upcoming projects in the NCR region.

    • Ensure high-quality customer interaction and deliver post-sales support.


    Skills & Experience Required

    • At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team-leading capacity.

    • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

    • Excellent skills in negotiation, presenting, and closing deals.

    • Preferably well-connected within the Noida/Delhi-NCR property market.

    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications.

    • Strong communication in both Hindi and English.

    • Owning a vehicle for client meetings is an advantage.


    Educational Background

    • Graduate degree required; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related specialization is preferred.
