Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Indore

Salary:

Freshers: 6,000 - 10,000 + Incentives

Experienced: 11,000 - 15,000 (depends on interview performance) + Incentives

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting HR functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS reports.
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Freshers can apply; experience in HR/Recruitment will be an added advantage.
