Job Description
- Role Overview: Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm that aims to deliver outcomes that shape the future. As a Collections Management Trainee, you will be responsible for managing all collection and dispute resolution activities in accounts receivable and related settlement processes. Your role involves handling various tasks within the Order to Cash domain, such as invoice collection, dispute identification and resolution, account reconciliation, credit balance disposition, and unclaimed property administration. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all activities related to the Order to Cash domain - Collect invoices and oversee related processes including dispute resolution, account reconciliation, credit balance disposition, and unclaimed property administration - Communicate effectively and support collection goals while providing quality customer service - Follow up with different departments to gather supporting documents/info for dispute/deductions resolution - Handle, troubleshoot, and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks - Receive notification for reimbursement and conduct acceptability analysis within the defined threshold Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - B.Com Graduation - Relevant work experience Preferred qualifications: - Good Communication Skills - Ability to learn ERP systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent MS Office skills, including MS Excel - Good conceptual knowledge and experience in tax activities is preferred Company Details: Genpact, listed on NYSE as G, has a workforce of over 125,000 professionals in 30+ countries.
