Job Description
- As a Principal Consultant, PMO at Genpact, you will be responsible for assisting in managing and executing project activities. Your role will involve providing comprehensive support in projects financial tracking, coordination, administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Specific Document Reviews: PSC ToR, AED/PED, BRD, PMP, Closure Report, Red Pack Report, Change Request, PSC Deck, PSC MoM, etc. - Managing the Change Delivery Standards (CDS) Assurance framework for the Project/Agile Deliveries/Programme - Supporting the Project/Programme Steering Committee (PSC/PgSC) in preparing quality materials - Ensuring Project Tools i.e. Clarity is up to date and tracked and reported to the PSC/PgSC - Participating and supporting in the investment budget exercise - Developing and executing detailed deployment plans - Providing support for project activities and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time - Tracking project progress, milestones, and identifying potential delays or issues - Facilitating communications between delivery lead and project stakeholders - Ensuring all project documents are properly stored, updated, and accessible - Supporting portfolio and executive reporting needs with quality Steerco/other meetings materials/deliverables - Ensuring projects are in compliance with checks and controls around the Go Live Milestones, Financials - Tracking the benefits for the programs **Qualifications Required:** - Hands-on PMO experience within a large international, dynamic organization - Proven track record of supporting successful project delivery as PMO - Experience working within Financial Services and/or HR preferable - Familiarity with agile methodologies and new ways of working - Good hands-on usage of various tools like Clarity, PlanView, JIRA, Confluence - Experience in Financials Management & tracking - High levels of personal accountability and proactive initiative-taking - Ability to prepare high-quality presentations/refinement forum packs - Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to adapt to different styles according to the target audience - Ability to prioritize, good time management, and close attention to detail - A can-do attitude committed to doing what it takes to deliver - Excellent communication and presentation skills; PowerPoint, written & oral - Ability to create effective work relationships across functions & borders - Focused, organized, and results-oriented - Possesses good analytical/critical thinking skills - Meeting Group standards and familiarity with Project Management/nWoW standards, PED/QPR/MPR process, RAID reporting, Project lifecycle, and related documents and phase gates - Experience with Microsoft Project and Clarity/PlanView tools **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree from a reputable university - Strong experience in the banking field, with a proven track record in a leadership role in Project Management of Information Technology projects Please note that the job is based in India, Bangalore, and is a full-time position.,
