Job Description

Job Description As a Sales Manager for Commercial Vehicles, your primary responsibility will be to source loans from the market through Direct Sales Associates, Direct Sales Teams, and existing channel partners. You will be tasked with building a quality portfolio, managing a team effectively, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines set by the bank. Your role will play a crucial part in achieving the larger objectives of the bank by balancing sales support and risk management. Key Responsibilities - Source and manage channels in the market to acquire business - Maintain a high-quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection - Demonstrate extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and market trends - Identify market trends, develop channels for business acquisition, and provide excellent customer service - Make recommendations for process and policy improvements in Retail Banking to enhance operational efficiencies and customer service quality Qualification Required - Graduation in any field - Post-graduation in any field - 5 to 10 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle sector Additional Details Omit this section as no additional details of the company are mentioned in the job description.,
