Job Role: Full Stack Developer

Overview

A Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. They work across the entire technology stack to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and performance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

• Build interactive and responsive user interfaces using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Develop server-side logic, APIs, and database integration with technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, PHP etc.

• Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.

• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

• Implement security and data protection protocols.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprints, code reviews, and stand-ups.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Express, Django, Spring Boot, .NET Core, or similar.

• Knowledge of database technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other SQL/NoSQL systems.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).

• Problem-solving mindset and strong debugging skills.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
