ROLE: Tech Lead - Full Stack Developer
Experience: 7 - 11 Yrs
Work Location: Chennai (Guindy)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Job Description:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in .NET CORE.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep understanding of ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Entity Framework.
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and building distributed systems using any AMQP.
- Extensive experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
- Expertise in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data modeling, complex query writing, and performance optimization
- Proficiency in containerization tools like AKS.
- Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, driving high-quality software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET, C#, React.js, and microservices
- Architect and implement microservices-based systems with a strong focus on scalability, security, and resilience
- Define and implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Conduct code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical training for the team
- Drive the adoption of best practices for software development, including TDD, BDD, and clean code principles
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and infrastructure
