Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure timely resolution of customer tickets through efficient ticketing tools usage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to IT Service Management (ITSM).
Handle black alerts and incidents effectively by following incident management processes.
Provide technical support for SRE tools such as Cloud Platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Automation Testing, Scripting Languages, CD Tools, CI Tools, Containerization, Orchestration.

Desired Candidate Profile

9-12 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field like ITSM Consultant or SRE Consultant.
Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and scripting languages.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms' infrastructure as code concepts.
Experience with containerization technologies like Kubernetes/Docker.
