Job Title: Sales Manager BPO Contact Centre
Location: Hyderabad /Kochi/Bangalore

Department: Sales (Contact Centre BPO)

Reports To: Assistant Sales Manager (B2C Telesales )Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our BPO Contact Centre sales team. The role involves managing a team of 30 sales executives, driving revenue growth, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Telugu along with English/Hindi and possess strong leadership and people management skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 30 executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Drive outbound and inbound sales through effective telesales strategies.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize conversion and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
  • Manage reporting, daily MIS, and performance dashboards.
  • Handle escalations effectively and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with senior management to provide inputs for business growth.


Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 610 years of experience in BPO/Contact Centre Sales.
  • Minimum 3 years in a team leader/managerial role.
  • Strong experience in telesales/voice-based sales processes.
  • Excellent communication in Telugu (mandatory), along with English/Hindi.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 6-day working and rotational offs.


Compensation:

  • Salary Bracket: 7 LPA 12 LPA (depending upon interview performance).
