Designation: Senior Associate Customer Support / Client Servicing
Salary: Up to 10 LPA
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

Job Description:

• Handle customer queries and service requests for U.S. Insurance clients via voice support.
  
• Provide end-to-end client servicing with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  
• Work closely with internal teams to manage escalations and deliver exceptional service.
  
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the system for audit and follow-up.
  

Eligibility:

• Graduate (Mandatory)
  
• Minimum 2 years of International Voice Experience (Insurance background preferred)
  
• No Career Gaps
