We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager with 4 to 7 years of experience to lead our Data Strategy team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, particularly in data strategy and advisory services.

• Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on data management, analysis, and visualization.
• Lead the development of technical roadmaps and architectures for data initiatives.
• Manage and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data strategy.

• Proven experience in data strategy, advisory, or related fields, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
• Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, or R.
