Role/ Job Title: Territory Manager- EIL

Function/ Department: Educational Institutional Loan

Job Purpose:

Territory Manager will be responsible for driving the business of EIL within the assigned territory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Loan against Property/Institutional Loan products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's Loan against Property offerings.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Loan against Property services to customers.

Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any

Post-graduation: MBA. PGDM

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Educational Institutional Loan
