Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Act as the SPOC for statutory notices and HR compliance across India.
- Oversee licences and registrations (S&E Act, ESIC, LWF, PF, PT, CLRA, etc.) for both new and existing operations.
- Manage labour-related court cases in coordination with designated lawyers.
- Maintain a compliance tracker that covers notices, licenses, and returns.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
- Build and maintain relationships with statutory and government officials.
- Support compliance activities during mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and licence validation.
- Ensure governance of Gratuity Trust processes and related statutory requirements.
- Monitor and verify contractor data to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely CLRA registrations and renewals wherever applicable.
- Attend statutory audits and ensure their clearance in coordination with internal teams.
- Drive the digitalization of HR compliance to provide secure, efficient, and simplified access to statutory registers, returns, and records.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, contract labour management, and effectively leading and managing teams.
Qualification: Any Degree/Master's
