Position: Customer Service Executive - Voice/Email Process

Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions primarily through voice calls and emails for a leading financial services process. You will be the front-line representative, providing excellent support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer contacts (primarily Voice and Email) regarding financial services products and queries.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the process guidelines and service offerings.
  • Document all customer interaction details accurately into the system.
  • Adhere to defined quality metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory (Any stream).
  • Experience: Freshers to candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed/accuracy.

Work Details:

  • Working Days: 6 days a week.
  • Shift: Rotational Shifts (may include night shifts).
  • Weekly Off: Rotational Weekday Off.
