Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design coordination in Pre-construction/ Tender stage along with Project Consultants
Review DBR, Tender Documents
Supporting QS / Contracts to prepare the detailed BOQ
Coordination with immediate team like electrical, Mechanical, Fire Fighting, HVAC system, solar system.
Co-ordinating with contractors for day-to-day site activities.
Daily and weekly report submission to project head and periodical review
Arranging weekly review meeting with all contractor / Vendor and circulate MOM
Review of Drawings for constructability, Raising queries in drawings
Follow up on all site related contractor deliverables daily, on site supervision and coordination
Certification of bills (Contractor / Vendor) along with Contracts & Billing team
Monitoring Checklist
Regular monitoring of Quality & Safety Management
Participate in Vendor technical review meeting
