Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer who can create clear, concise, and engaging content for IT, automation, and enterprise technology domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting product documentation, knowledge base articles, process documentation, case studies, and marketing collaterals that effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. The writer will work closely with engineers, consultants, and cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into user-friendly content.
- Bachelors Degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in technical writing for IT/Technology services.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, ServiceNow, automation, or related enterprise IT solutions is preferred.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Confluence, Jira, or other documentation tools.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Content Development & Documentation:
- Write, edit, and maintain technical documents including user guides, installation manuals, process flows, FAQs, and release notes.
- Develop knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides for ITSM/automation solutions.
- Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with SMEs, engineers, and consultants to gather technical information.
- Participate in requirement discussions to understand new workflows, tools, and solutions.
- Knowledge Management & Process Content:
- Document IT service processes, best practices, and workflows in a structured manner.
- Maintain internal knowledge base to ensure content accuracy and usability.
- Content for Thought Leadership:
- Develop blogs, case studies, and whitepapers showcasing organizational expertise.
- Ensure all external-facing content aligns with brand voice and technical accuracy.
- Editing & Quality Review:
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, style, and consistency.
- Ensure documentation meets organizational standards and is user-friendly.
