Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Domestic Staffing) Location:  Remote Job Type: Full-Time   Industry:  IT & Engineering Staffing   About Us: We are a staffing services company looking for an enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Use Shine portal extensively for sourcing and recruitment.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Shine portal is mandatory.
• 0.6 2 years of experience in domestic staffing/recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
