Job Description:

Recruit potential agents in the market.

Recruit quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure they acquire licensing to achieve sales targets.

Ensure advisors consistently meet their business targets.

Provide on-the-job training, monitor, and manage performance of advisors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors.

Ensure policy renewals are maintained by the advisor team to drive profitability.
