Job Description

Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Meet daily/weekly hiring targets as per business needs

Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales recruitment (FLS hiring preferred)

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Graduation in any stream
