Job Summary:-
We are seeking a highly skilled **HRSD Technical Lead** with over 6 years of experience in the **ServiceNow ecosystem**, with strong expertise across
**HR Service Delivery (HRSD),**ITOM**, **ITSM**, and **SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)**.
The ideal candidate should have prior technical leadership experience and excellent communication skills to lead projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of **ServiceNow HRSD** solutions and integrations.
* Provide technical oversight across multiple ServiceNow modules including **ITOM**, **ITSM**, and **SPM**.
* Act as a hands-on lead for implementation, configuration, and customization within the platform.
* Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure overall solution performance, scalability, and security.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in platform usage and delivery methodologies.
* Support platform upgrades, patching, and production support activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* **6+ years of experience** working with **ServiceNow**, with deep hands-on knowledge of **HRSD**.
* Proven expertise in **ITOM, ITSM**, and **SPM** modules.
* Prior experience in a **technical lead** or team leadership role.
* Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API), REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow best practices.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
* ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, HRSD Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
* Exposure to enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations and global rollouts.
* Familiarity with ITIL, security, and compliance standards.
