Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Governance Manager with proven expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to lead and enhance our enterprise-wide compliance and risk management framework. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Lead risk assessments, control testing, and internal audit coordination
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
- Maintain risk registers and track mitigation plans across business units
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, HR, and Business teams to enforce governance standards
- Conduct GRC awareness sessions and drive a culture of risk ownership
- Monitor third-party risks and support vendor due diligence processes
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports on GRC metrics and findings
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Security, Risk Management, or related field
- 14+ years of experience in GRC, Risk Management, or IT Governance roles
- Deep understanding of frameworks like COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL
- Strong grasp of regulatory compliance standards and risk management practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications such as CISM,ISO 27001, CIAM
