A. Position Purpose

Recruitment of Assets Desk Manager for business expansion.

B. Position Responsibilities

Sr.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing HDFC Home Loan & RBL X sell products from branches.

Strong Inter personal skills and developing individual relations with branch team for generation of leads.

Making joint calls to customers with branch team

Maintaining excellent rapport and co-ordination with HDFC Ltd and RBL X sell teams for business growth.

To be a key facilitator between RBL branches and HDFC Ltd /RBL X Sell teams

Working Knowledge of legal and technical for Home Loans and LAP.

C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications

Essential

Minimum Graduate from any stream

Experience

Essential

Min 3 years Sales experience in selling/sourcing of Asset products in the given market.

Should be local resident of the location and well versed with the market
