Job Description
- Experience in Ding Kuen and Yei from Taiwan is preferrable
- Shall responsible for smooth production of Three layer ibc extruder blown film extrusion machine.
- Person should capable to handle production of plastic multi-layer blow films from 20 to 200 micron with process parameters, die gape adjustment.
- Should have knowledge about Plast control make ibc system and gravimetric batch blender.
- Person should have knowledge about below different films, resins, additives and formulation as per below product.
- Shrink film for industrial use
- Stretch film
- Agristretch film
- LDPE Films for converters
- LDPE/PA/EVOH Barrier Films
- PA/LDPE Barrier Films
- Co-extruded multilayer film for food and liquid (hd/ld base water pouch)
- Shall responsible for quality control of film, gauge variation and product dimensional stability should be In tolerance as per standard,
- Person should have basic knowledge about repairing and maintenance (electric & mechanical trouble shooting)
- Work with team members, shift supervisors and all necessary personnel to take care of complications as they arise.
- Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions, and take care of them as they come up.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate should have at least min 8-12 years proven experience in three layer IBC blown film extruder line
- Specific skill:- should be capable to handle plc base fully automatic 3 layer ibc blown film extruder line with automatic profile control with plast control system
- Age Range:- 30 to 40 years old
- Diploma/Degree in plastic Engineering or CIPET from well-known institute
