Role : HR Executive

Location : Pune (Baner)

Work Mode - WFO (5 days)

Role & responsibilities

• Worked on Biometric system
• Extensive experience in MS Excel
• Leave and Attendance System for Payroll inputs
• End to End Statutory Compliance
• Maintaining Employee records
• Basic understanding of HR Metrics
• Good to have Audit experience
• Should have knowledge of Insurance/worked with the agencies
• Should have experience in Validation of PF /PT & KYC related Issues
• Strong in written and verbal Communication and strong in thorough follow-up
• Worked on Biometric system
• Extensive experience in MS Excel
