Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on BMS, EMS, HVAC equipment, and other utility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and mechanical components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy-efficient solutions and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with QMS standards by maintaining accurate records of work performed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in facility management or a related field (B.Tech/B.E. degree).
- Strong knowledge of BMS, EMS, HVAC Equipments, Utility Maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with QMS principles and implementation methods.
