Associate Manager-Risk & Governance

Exp: 3+

Location: Seawoods (Navi Mumbai)

Work Mode: WFO

Role & responsibilities

1) Maintenance of the enterprise-wide risk register, ensuring timely identification, assessment, and mitigation of business, operational, regulatory, and financial risks.

2) Prepare and present risk reports, MIS, and dashboards to the Risk Management Committee and senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and strong governance practices.

3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, finance, legal, and compliance to ensure effective risk ownership, governance alignment, and resolution of critical issues.

4) Drive compliance initiatives by managing FEMA-related issues, resolving legacy regulatory cases, and ensuring adherence to RBI guidelines and applicable legal frameworks.

5) Review policies, frameworks and procedures that strengthen risk management and governance systems across the organization.

6) Contribute to audits, regulatory reviews, and product development initiatives by providing risk-based insights, accurate documentation, and recommendations to improve governance tools and processes.
