Job Title: Senior Video Producer
Location: Hyderabad - Onsite
About the Role
We re looking for a Senior Video Producer who combines creative direction with analytical thinking . This role focuses on post-production excellence , leveraging AI tools for faster, smarter editing workflows , and using data-driven insights to optimize video performance . You ll own the entire process from ideation to final delivery while ensuring scalability through proper data and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Post-Production Leadership: Oversee editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to deliver top-quality videos.
- Creative Direction: Transform briefs into engaging narratives while maintaining brand consistency.
- AI & Automation: Implement AI-based tools to accelerate editing and automate repetitive processes.
- Data-Driven Optimization:
- Track and analyze video performance metrics (views, retention, CTR, engagement).
- Derive actionable insights to improve content hooks, structure, and overall quality.
- Analyse performance data and make data backed decisions.
- Data & Asset Management: Ensure organized file structuring, version control, and easy accessibility for cross-team collaboration.
- Ownership & Proactiveness: Take full responsibility for timelines, quality, and communication. Proactively introduce new tools and processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in video production with a strong focus on post-production and creative direction.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and advanced post-production workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for editing, automation, and asset generation.
- Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve creative outputs.
- Organized approach to file and data management for scalable workflows.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and social media insights for performance tracking.
- Experience in SaaS/B2B or tech-based content creation.
- Motion graphics or 3D experience (Cinema 4D, Blender).
