About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Developer with strong expertise in the Pega Sales Automation (SA) Framework to join our clients digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Pega-based CRM and Sales Automation solutions that enhance business processes, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega applications using the Pega Sales Automation Framework.
• Customize and configure out-of-the-box Sales Automation features such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Territories, and Forecasting.
• Integrate Pega SA with external systems like Salesforce, ERP, and data platforms using APIs, connectors, and data pages.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand and refine business requirements.
• Create and maintain reusable components and rulesets following Pega best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, integration, and data consistency issues.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation for design decisions, architecture, and configurations.
  

Required Technical Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.
• Proven expertise in Pega Sales Automation (SA) Framework implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, data model, case management, decision rules, and UI design.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data pages, and connectors for integration.
• Solid understanding of Pega best practices and performance optimization.
  

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Deployment Manager).
• Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) will be an added advantage.
