So, whats the role all about?
Within Actimize, the AI and Analytics Team is developing the next generation advanced analytical cloud platform that will harness the power of data to provide maximum accuracy for our clients Financial Crime programs. As part of the PaaS/SaaS development group, you will be responsible for developing this platform for Actimize cloud-based solutions and to work with cutting edge cloud technologies.

This new SaaS platform will enable our customers (some of the biggest financial institutes around the world) to create solutions on the platform to fight financial crime.
Have you got what it takes?
- Participate in the design and implementation of major shared infrastructure components to improve the availability and scalability of our services
- Implement & Improve CI CD infrastructure and practices
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure customer success
- Build tooling and automation to support and increase the accessibility of our platform with the goal of increasing the velocity of our product engineering teams
- Implement/Improve system monitoring, alerting & observability
- Build & maintain high available systems
- Pitching ideas & continuous innovating, taking team & project to next level
- Drive regular communication to senior management that includes roadmaps, progress reports, risks and change requests
- Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science/relevant course
- 4-6 years of experience working in DevOps role for AWS
- Strong proficiency in creating and managing the CICD infrastructure using Jenkins and Terraform
- Automation for the build and deployment pipelines which support deploying infrastructure in multiple regions of AWS
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- In depth and hands-on experience working with AWS
- Experience working in and driving Continuous Integration and Delivery practices using industry standard tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes and Artifactory
Must have Skills:
- Extensive exposure to DevOps practices & tools especially using Terraform and Jenkins
- Good understanding of software development best practices from appropriate testing paradigms to effective peer code reviews and resilient architectures
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Jenkins Code and CI/CD technologies
- In depth and hands-on experience working with AWS, with good understanding of AWS networking
- Experience with large complex data ecosystems and data quality and lifecycle issues
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting and bug fixing skills
- Experience working on a Scrum Team in an Agile delivery environment
- Candidate must have displayed proactiveness and ownership.
- Must have delivered the applications which are performant, resilient and efficient from cost and operations perspective
- Good understanding of Cloud Security & Cloud Costing
- Prior experience with SaaS, PaaS and IaC development is preferred.
