Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on performance marketer to own paid lead generation for Filings.ae.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute high-ROI campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn

- Review and optimize daily lead generation performance

- Improve conversion rate to 8% from paid leads

- Manage campaign creatives, landing pages, and CTAs with internal teams

- Track and report on CAC, CPL, CTR, ROAS

- Suggest A/B tests and campaign experiments

- Build simple, actionable dashboards for marketing visibility

• Requirements
• Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist - Filings.ae -
• 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Google & Meta ad platforms -
• Prior experience targeting Indian founders or SMBs is a plus
• Comfortable managing both strategy and execution
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, and ad insights
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and accountable
