Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills in Assamese and Bengali languages.
  • 1-2 years of experience in BPO industry with focus on voice process (customer care).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
