Ideal candidate for this position should have functional as well as technical knowledge, in-order to support the platform. Candidate should have at least 3 5 Years of Support Desk Analyst experience with knowledge in FO, BO, OPERATIONS, INTEGRATION and FINANCE modules. Experience in the following are necessary: Knowledge in any of the Core, FO, Operations or Accounting modules listed below is necessary:o Global Operating Model & PL Close Downo Profit & Losso Instruments, Market Data, Simulation & Viewero E-Trade pad and Pre-trade in MX presso Post-Trade Workflows Processing: Fundamentalso Post-Trade Workflows Processing: MX presso One-Stop-Processing (OSP)o Accounting Inventorieso Hedge Accounting Knowledge of some of the areas listed below is desirable:o Market Risk (VaR) Functional profile / Configurator profileo Core Risk Controlo CVA Module Troubleshootingo Collateral Management Hands-on experience in supporting Integration is requiredo Batch & Live Market Datao Interfaces Workflows: Import & Exporto MX Reporting Solution Technical knowledge in following areas is requiredo Installation, Monitoring & Batch Processing (MX.3)o Configuration Managemento MX Environment Managemento MX.3 End-of-Day Troubleshooting.
