About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and deeply hands-on Agentic Developer / Senior Developer to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge intelligent automation solutions. This role is for a strong individual contributor who will be directly involved in building intelligent agents that can perceive, reason, act, and learn, leveraging UiPath, Power Automate, and the versatility of open-source Python libraries. If you are passionate about building advanced AI-driven automations from the ground up and excel in a hands-on coding environment, this role is for you.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Overall Experience: 3-7 years in IT, with a distinguished track record as a hands-on engineer/developer in automation and AI.
- RPA Expertise: 2+ years of intensive, hands-on experience developing complex automation solutions using UiPath. Proven ability in bot creation, testing, and deployment.
- Microsoft Power Platform: Strong, practical experience with Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud flows) for building and managing automated workflows.
- Python for AI/ML: Deep proficiency in Python and its ecosystem of open-source libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Langchain, or similar) for hands-on development of AI/ML models and custom automation components.
- Agentic AI Implementation: Solid, practical understanding and demonstrated experience in contributing to systems based on agentic AI principles.
- API and Service Integration: Extensive experience in personally developing integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, databases (strong SQL proficiency required), and other enterprise applications.
- Advanced Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a talent for dissecting and solving complex, multi-faceted technical problems in automation solutions.
