Job Description Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application/Production Support Lead to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application and production support with Lead experience, with expertise in Linux and SQL. Experience in the Capital Market, Trading, or BFSI domain is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Provide end-to-end support for applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
- Production Support: Monitor production systems, ensure stability, and address any issues that arise.
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand application requirements and ensure smooth deployments.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance system performance and reliability.
- On-Call Support: Provide on-call support as needed to address critical issues outside regular working hours.
Mandatory Skills:- Linux , Oracle/ MS SQL, SQL DML statements, Log file extraction, Monitoring application and Infra.
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Linux and SQL.
- Background: Proven experience in Application/Production Support roles.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in Capital Markets, Trading, or BFSI sectors is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
