Job Description

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat & email
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Document customer interactions and maintain customer records.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers.
Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.{mim 2yrs of experience into chat}
Strong written communication skills.
