Job Description

Were Hiring: Sr. Executive Banca Channel
Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore
Company: General Insurance
Channel: Banca-HDFC BANK HL
CTC: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to generate business leads.
2. Drive the sales of general insurance products through assigned bank branches.
3. Train and motivate bank staff to achieve sales targets.
4. Ensure smooth coordination between bank and insurance operations.
5. Handle customer queries and provide post-sale service.
6. Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets.

Required Qualifications:
* Graduation is mandatory.
* 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in banca channel.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
