Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process: End to End Recruitment by posting job advertisements on job boards
  • Process applications: Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews: Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Conduct new hire orientation: Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions to welcome new employees and introduce them to company policies.
  • Handle pre-employment tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as processing background checks and collecting necessary documentation from new hires

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers with HR Internship.

Graduate with BMS,BBA, B Com
