Job Description
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with strong expertise in both UI and UX design, capable of working independently under limited supervision. You will contribute to designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering Team to gather and evaluate user requirements
- Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, maps, and graphic UI elements (menus, tabs, widgets, workflows)
- Design and develop UI mockups, prototypes, and original graphics (images, sketches, tables)
- Build responsive web pages and convert Wireframes/PSD into live HTML/CSS/JS
- Create and maintain visual design systems (layouts, motion, graphics) with reusable and responsive assets
- Build page navigation elements like buttons and search fields
- Debug front-end code using browser-based tools
- Develop websites, web applications, and client-side scripts that are compatible across all modern web browsers
- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues (including responsiveness and accessibility)
- Conduct layout refinements based on user feedback
- Adhere to style guidelines involving fonts, colors, and imagery
- Present design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for feedback
- Keep up with the latest design trends and technologies, applying best practices in user-centered design
- Work within an Agile-Sprint methodology
- Demonstrate a technology-aware mindset by identifying opportunities to enhance user experience
Required Skills & Tools:
- Hands-on experience in:
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD
- Wireframing and Prototyping (e.g. Wireframe.cc, InVision)
- UI/UX Design Tools: Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in:
- Responsive Design and Rapid Prototyping
- Designing for websites, web apps, and mobile apps
- Agile and Lean software development environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard for quality
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard tools and software
