Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in organizing recruitment drives, including virtual.
Source and screen candidates and manage interview logistics.
Maintain candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
Communicate with universities, candidates, and internal teams.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Preferred candidate profile

Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software a plus.
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
